Unincorporated areas of the county include Sheffield-Calahaln, Smith Grove, Clarksville, Ijames, Fork, Advance, Farmington, Fulton, Jerusalem, Cana, Center, Hillsdale, Cornatzer, Bixby and Shady Grove.
