Flexible Benefits Plan
Davie County Schools flexible benefits plan administrator is Pierce Benefits Group.  The program allows eligible employees to pay for the supplemental insurance with pre-tax dollars, increasing spendable income and making benefits more affordable.  

  1. Go to Pierce Benefits Group for all Flexible Benefits information, links, and forms. 
  2. Log on and select the current plan year from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select "Find Your Benefits" and enter your employer's name.

Your benefits website also functions as your plan administrator kit with a complete list of certificates of coverage and enrollment forms.
