Parents Bill Of Rights
Our district remains steadfast in its commitment to actively engage with parents in order to foster student success. We firmly believe parents play a pivotal role in their children's lives and education.
Many of the provisions outlined in the new Senate Bill 49 align with the principles already covered in our existing Board Policy. We will consistently prioritize and foster parental collaboration while upholding parents' rights in the education and upbringing of their children.

It is the goal of Davie County Schools to provide parents and guardians of our students access to information pertaining to student achievement through the district’s Parent’s Guide to Student Achievement (PGSA).
